How long will my order take to arrive?

Most items are produced and shipped within 3–7 business days. Shipping times vary by location, but you’ll receive tracking as soon as your order is on the way.


Are all products made to order?

Yes. Everything in the Distinct Store is printed or engraved on demand specifically for your order. We do not keep inventory, which helps ensure fresh, high-quality products every time.


Can I return an item if I don’t like it?

No. Because each item is custom made, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, sizing preferences, or design changes. The only exceptions are damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled orders.


What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, misprint, or shipping damage, we’ll replace it at no cost.

You must report issues within 10 days of delivery.


Can personalized items be returned?

No. Personalized items are made specifically for your name, brand, or details and cannot be restocked or reused.

You will receive a proof before printing—please check all spelling and details carefully. Errors approved by the agent are not eligible for free reprints.


Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are available only for approved damage or manufacturing issues. You may choose a refund to the original payment method or store credit via gift card.


Do I need to send the product back?

Most issues do not require returning the product. In rare cases, if a return is necessary, you can drop it off at your brokerage office. We’ll handle the rest.


Can I change my order after it’s placed?

You can request a change before production begins. Once an item goes into printing or engraving, changes can’t be made. For personalized items, this includes names, titles, colors, and design choices.


Do you ship internationally?

At this time, the built in shipping prices are for United States only. If you want to ship elsewhere, please contact us for a shipping quote.
