Return & Replacement Policy

Every item in the Distinct Store is made to order. We don’t keep inventory or operate a warehouse—each product is custom printed specifically for your order. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than damage, defects, or manufacturing errors.


Personalized Items

Most products include agent-specific personalization. These items cannot be reused, restocked, or resold to anyone else.

You will receive a personalization proof before printing.
It is your responsibility to carefully review and approve your name, contact details, design layout, and all spelling.

Once approved, we are not responsible for printing errors caused by incorrect information provided by the agent. Any reprints due to approval mistakes will be at the agent’s expense.


When We Can Replace an Item

We’re happy to replace an order if it arrives with:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Printing or personalization errors made by production

  • Incorrect items

  • Shipping damage

To qualify, please notify us within 10 days of delivery with clear photos of:

  1. The issue (misprint, defect, damage, wrong item)

  2. The full product

  3. The packaging (if damaged)

We’ll contact Teelaunch to process a replacement at no cost to you.


Items That Cannot Be Returned

Because every order is produced on demand:

  • Personalized items cannot be returned for preference, design changes, or approval mistakes

  • Non-personalized items cannot be returned due to buyer’s remorse

  • We cannot accept unused or “didn’t like it” items

There is no warehouse to return items to, and each product is created uniquely for your order.


If a Return Is Required

In rare cases where the item must come back (e.g., shipping damage), you may drop it off at your brokerage office. We will coordinate pickup or place it in a discounted “slightly imperfect” bin for other agents.


Refunds

Approved issues may receive:

  • Refund to the original payment method, or

  • Store credit via Distinct gift card
